All of Lush Lemon orders are shipped door-to-door from our vendor in National Capital Region (NCR), India to your provided shipping address via Shiprocket. Processing the order normally takes 2 to 7 working days and then shipping normally takes 4-6 working days.

We currently ship to destinations in India only.

If for some inadvertent reason, an item you have purchased will take longer than normal to process, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money should you decide to cancel your order.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

Shiprocket will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility at Shiprocket. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please email us at lush6939@gmail.com and quote your tracking number for us to help trace your package.
